Coordinate with the Core Team
As a t’walk guide, you will be directly in touch with the core team at every stage. Communicate your desire to set up a t’walk circle to the team via email or any of the social media platforms. Our replies are prompt. Scout’s honour.
Maintain the intended concept
t’walks are a non-technological form of tete-a-tete. There should be wagging of tongues and whirling of brain juices. Let’s keep the radio waves at bay. The number has been restricted to 4 t’walkers per event to ensure free and balanced flow of ideas.
Organizing the event
Decide, set up and plan out the event date and topic of discussion and voila! That is all that is required to open up the ticket window. The Core Team of ayeteeyes will handle everything right from media to creating a ticketing hub with you as an integral part of helping out with this process. You will be notified every time a new t’walker has enrolled. The window will close when the number of enrollees reaches 4 or three days before the event date (whichever is earlier). You will then be provided with the details of all the enrollees. The reins are in your hands from then onward.
Documentation
Save those memories! Don’t forget to click at least one photo of the entire group at the end of the t’walk. You will be required to prepare a report via the provided form. This will then be put up as a blog-post. If we grow fond of your content writing skills, you will be given the chance to be a writer on our medium blog.
However, remember, the core team will be in touch with you at every stage, so spam us with the latest updates; keep us in the loop. It’s all part of learning and growing together.

Reporting
We absolutely love feedback. They either give us a pat on the back or point out the mistakes to avoid next time. After the t’walk, every t’walker will receive an email with a link to our feedback form. As a t'walk guide, you will be entrusted with the entire process of coordinating and collecting feedback from your attendees.
